Mrs. J. D. (Clara B.) Cross, 81, of China Spring died Sunday in a local rest home.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at First Methodist Church China Spring, Rev. Peyton Goodman officiating, burial in China Spring Cemetery.

Survivors are her husband, J. D. Cross of China Spring; one daughter, Mrs. Velma Ditto of Waco; two sisters, Mrs. Allie Reid of Waco and Mrs. Mallissie Davenport of Weatherford; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Louis Ray Wilson and Lenyard J. Wilson and one daughter, Juanita Wilson Kennedy.

Active pallbearers: Grandsons: Cecil Wilson, Kenneth Wilson, Raymond Wilson, B.L. Ditto, Charles Ditto and Wilson Ditto.
