Gene Stratton Williams, 23, 1921 South First Street, died Thursday at 1:40 a.m. at the Camp Hood Hospital.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at Wilkirson-Hatch Chapel, Rev. W. H. Granger officiating, burial in China Spring Cemetery.

Surviving are his widow; one son, Larry L. Williams; one step-daughter, Patsy Jean Goodwin; his father, F. J. Williams of Port Aransas; three brothers, Robert L., Roger and Fennie C. Williams, all of Waco; three sisters, Mrs. Luther Wells of Valley Mills, Mrs. B. G. Pugh of Corpus Christi, and Miss Joan Caldwell of Waco.
