Robert Alford Wallace of Waco, a former heavy equipment operator for Gillium Construction, died Friday at his home.  He was 66.

Services will be  2 p.m. Monday at the Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel, Chaplain Curtis Holland and the Rev. Don Bearden officiating.  Burial will be in China Spring Cemetery.

Mr. Wallace was born July 4, 1927, in China Spring.  He married Jimia Lee Walter on Aug. 16, 1978.  He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Pamela Brown of Tennessee and Doris Bearden of China Spring; two sons, David Wilson of North Carolina and Danny Wallace of Granbury; two stepdaughters, Patsy Darress of Temple and Darlene Vise of Elm Mott; two stepsons, Alois Schwartinsky of Liberty Hill and Ronald Schwartinsky of Robinson; two sisters, Annie Walker of Lindale and Eula Severs of Waco; one brother, Dan Wallace of China Spring; nine grandchildren; seven stepgrandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors at the Wallace residence.

Memorials may be made to Community Cancer Center or Oak Grove Baptist Church.
