Dan C. Wallace, 82, of China Spring, Texas, died Thursday in a Waco nursing home.  Graveside services will be held 3 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 1997, at the China Spring Cemetery, with the Rev. Donnie Brown officiating.

Mr. Wallace was born October 20, 1997, in McLennan  County.  He was married to Lena Grayson in January 1945 in Falls County.  Mr. Wallace was a retired carpenter and a member of the China Spring First Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Lena Wallace of China Spring, Texas; a sister, Annie Walker of Glendale, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.
