Leslie Ann Uptmore, 3 month old baby girl died at 11:20 a.m. Thursday in a Fort Worth hospital

Graveside services at 4 p.m. Saturday, at China Spring Cemetery, Rev. Dr. James C. Widemann officiating.

Survivors: parents, Mr. and Mrs. Danny Uptmore of Waco; sister, Melissa Uptmore; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Billie B. Miller of Waco, Dr. and Mrs. Alphonse Joe & Mildred Louise Herbelin Uptmore of China Spring; great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne L. Montgomery of McKinney, Texas.  The family will be at the residence of A. J. Uptmore.

The family requests memorials be made to Fort Worth Children’s Hospital in the name of Leslie Ann Uptmore.
