Jerry Templin Sr., 58,of China Spring, died Thursday, Nov. 4, 1999, at a local hospital.  Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at China Spring Cemetery with the Rev. Alton Ray officiating.

Jerry Templin Sr. was born in Henderson, Texas.  He was a heavy equipment operator.  He served in the Army and was a Baptist.  He was preceded in death by his son, James Casey on October 14, 1997.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Templin of China Spring; four daughters, Ree Buro, Laura Johnson and Bobbie Templin, all of China Spring, And Kitty Prater of Oklahoma; two sons, Frank Casey of Waco and Jerry Don Templin Jr. of Waco; one brother, Sonny Templin of Dewberry, Texas; and several grandchildren.
