Ruby Lee Talbert,
84, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2011. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 29, at China Spring Cemetery. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey.

Ruby was born in Waco, Texas, to the late Thomas and Carrie Fults Wallace. Ruby was a faithful member of China Spring Baptist Church, involved in many church activities. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to travel and spend time at the Silverleaf Condos in East Texas.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Byron A. Talbert; sister, Carrie Earline Nelson; and brother, Thomas William Wallace.

She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Autrey, of Waco; sons, Gary Talbert and wife, Jerry, and Rick Talbert, of China Spring; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Annie Ruth Whisenant, of Houston; other family members; and many friends.
