Mrs. C. M.(Kathleen) Talbert Sr., 86, of China Spring died Friday in a local hospital.

Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at China Spring Methodist Church, the Rev. Delbert Taylor officiating.  Burial will be at China Spring Cemetery.

Mrs. Talbert was born May 12, 1899, in China Spring and attended school there.  She was married to Cameron M. Talbert Sr.  She was a member of the China Spring Methodist  Church and was the church secretary for 47 years.

Survivors include a son, Cameron M. Talbert Jr. of Waco; two grandchildren, Cameron M. Talbert III of Waco, Steven C. Talbert of Houston; two great-grandchildren, Tara L. Talbert, Cameron M. Talbert IV; nieces and nephews.
