Gordon Sawyer, 91, of 1604 Alexander, died Tuesday morning at his residence.

Funeral services: 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, at Wilkirson-Hatch Chapel, Rev. Claude Davison officiating, burial in China Spring Cemetery.

Survivors: three sisters, Mrs. George (Emma)Meadows of 1512 Windsor, Mrs. L. M.  (Nora) Peters of Temple, Mrs. A. L. Anderson of Bristol, Tenn; several nieces and nephews.

Active pallbearers: nephews.
