Harrison Sapp, 75, died at his home near Erath, at 7:30 o’clock Thursday morning. Funeral services will be held at the Methodist church at China Spring at 3 o’clock Friday afternoon, with Revs. R. E. Biggs of Fort Worth, and C.E. Simpson of China Spring, officiating. Burial will be in China Spring Cemetery with Wilkirson-Hatch in charge.
Mr. Sapp had lived near Erath for over 50 years. He is survived by his widow; three sons, L. S. Sapp, Waco; Walter Sapp, Lorena, and J. E. Sapp, Walnut Springs; three daughters, Mrs. J. S. Rogers, Morgan; Mrs. Frank White, China Spring; Mrs. Denna Feltz, Crowley, and one half-brother, J. L. Hutto, China Spring.
Active pallbearers will be: Mark Boude, J. D. Rogers, C. H. Grayson, C. D. Mabry, Bee Conger and J. E. Johnson. Honorary pallbearers will be: Boon Giddings, J. C. Nail, D. G. Stewart, J. W., R. O. and Jeff Garrett, Frank Moore, J. N. Chaften, W. N. Foster and Dr. J. B. Knight.
