Stephen Rosser, 33 of China Spring passed away Sunday, November 5, 2000.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, November 9, 2000 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Hoe. Burial will follow at China Spring Cemetery.

Stephen was born December 2, 1966 in Beaver, Oklahoma. He graduated from China Spring High School and attended TSTC and became a Certified Master Technician. He was currently working for Lane Construction driving heavy equipment for road construction.

Stephen loved his family and friends. He had a loving heart that was very devoted to all that knew him. He was a loving brother, uncle and friend. HE was always there when he was needed. Stephen did not have any children of his own, but he loved kids. He was always referred to as “Uncle Steve” and they all loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Coral Lee Rosser of China Spring.

He is survived by his sister, Roena Randant and her daughters Rachel and Rena.
