Billy E. Robertson, 52, of the Rock Creek community was dead on arrival at a Waco hospital Sunday night.  He suffered a heart attack at his home.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m.  Wednesday at Wilkirson and Hatch Funeral Chapel, Rev. Carl Jones officiating.  Burial will be in the China Spring Cemetery.

Mr. Robertson was born at Stamford.  He graduated from Stamford High School.  He attended North Texas State University.  He came to the Rock Creek Community with his family in 1941.  he was an aircraft mechanic during World War II at Stamford and at the Blackland Army airfield in Waco.

Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Ada Robertson of Rock Creek; a sister, Mrs. Catherine Aaron of Rock Creek; two nephews; and five great-nieces and great-nephews.
