Funeral services for Stephen Lee Ringer, Sr. resident of the China Spring community for 61 years, were held at 2 p.m. today in the Wilkirson-Hatch Chapel.

The Rev. G. Alfred Brown officiated.  Burial was in the China Spring Cemetery.

The retired farmer died at 12:40 p.m. Thursday in a Waco hospital.

He is survived by his widow of China Spring; two sons, B. F. Ringer of Marlin and S. L. Ringer, Jr. of Waco; one daughter, Mrs. G. M. Lamb of Austin; and five grandchildren
