Mavis Reible, 75, of Valley Mills died Friday in Fort Worth after a lengthy illness.  Services will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Wortham Bend Oak Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard Sellars officiating.  Burial will be at China Spring Cemetery.

Mrs. Reible was born Oct. 25, 1922, at Grennock.  She was married to George Reible in 1943 in San Angelo, Texas.  He preceded her in death in 1988.  She moved back to the Valley Mills area in 1968.  She was formerly employed at Bill Co. in Valley Mills.  She also was preceded in death by her father, J. L. Prause; three brothers, Gilbert Prause, Sammy Prause and Danny Prause.

Survivors include her mother, Vera Prause of Valley Mills; a daughter, Judith M. Edwards of Fort Worth; three sons, Danny Reible of Louisiana, George Reible of Virginia and Robert Reible of Granbury; two brothers, David Prause of China Spring and James Prause of Aquilla; three sisters, Alvena Pocock of China Spring, Naida Yarbrough of Bellmead and Gloris Helleson of Waco; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
