James Nelson Payne, 5 year old son of Mr. & Mrs. W. W. Payne of Axtell, died at 11 o’clock last night at the home of his grandfather, John Tolbert, Waco.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. with Rev. Mr. Dalley, China Spring pastor, officiating. Interment will be in the China Spring cemetery.

He is survived by his parents, three brothers and one sister.
