Robert L. Parsley, 64, of Waco, died Tuesday in a local hospital.
Graveside services will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at China Spring Cemetery, Chaplain J.W. Riemenschnieder officiating.
Mr. Parsley was born Dec. 3, 1923 in Willis, where he attended school. He served in the Navy during World War II and worked as a mechanical engineer for Dahlgren International, retiring May 31, 1984. He moved to Waco in 1984. He married Ona Ruth Marchman Carter in Nevada, June 8, 1979.
Survivors include wife, three daughters, Sandra, Debra Sue, Patricia; two sons,  Ronald Joseph and Robert Lee; two brothers, Johnnie and Thomas;  and three grandchildren.
