James W. (Jimmy) Orr, 58, of China Spring died Monday at a local hospital.
Services will be at 2:30 p.m. today (Dec. 31, 1991) at Wilkirson-Hatch Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Rand Downing officiating. Burial will be in China Spring Cemetery.
Mr. Orr was born Nov. 27, 1933 in Waco and graduated from Waco Technical High School. He married Linda Ash on Sept. 28, 1965 in Waco. He worked 36 years for the Owens Illinois Glass plant and was a member of the 36th division of the National Guard and Grace Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife; four daughters, Vicki Phillips and Allison Orr, both of China Spring, Jinny Mohan of Palestine and Deborah Jacobs of Denver, CO; two sons, Ashley Orr of China Spring and Keith Boatman of Hewitt; brother, Joe B. Orr of Dallas; and nine grandchildren.
