Mrs. Mattie Bell O’Neal, 75, of Valley Mills, died at 5:30 a.m. Monday at her home.

Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church of Valley Mills.  Rev. Billy McClellan officiated with burial in China Spring Cemetery.

Survivors:  her husband, Jim O’Neal of Valley Mills; one son, Robert F. O’Neal of Killeen; three brothers, D. O. Martin, B. L. Young and C. W. Young, all of Waco; three sisters, Mrs. W. M. Haralson of Waco; Mrs. C. F. McRay of Gladewater and Mrs. J. L. Cosiglia of Richland, N.J.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
