Patsy Ann Lewis, 69,of China Spring died Thursday, March 13, 2003, at her residence.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 16 at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Chapel, 6101 Bosque Blvd. with the Rev. Charles Pederson officiating.  Burial will follow at China Spring Cemetery.  Visitation with the family will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, March 15, at the funeral home.

Mrs. Lewis was born Aug. 2. 1933 in Archer City, Texas to John Frank and Alta Sadie Lillard Smith.  She moved to Waco and was a graduate of La Vega High School.  She married Ernest Lee Lewis Sept. 2, 1950 in Gainesville, Texas.  She  had worked as a legal secretary for many years and retired from the V. A. Regional office here in Waco.  She was an active zoo worker and an avid trail rider.  She was preceded in death by parents; husband, Ernest in 1990; a grandson, Nathan Lawson on Nov. 13, 1987; a sister, Dorothy Thompson and John Davidson.

Survivors include son, Mike Lewis and wife Debbie of China Spring, Ricky Lewis and wife Karen of Phoenix, Joe Lewis and wife Tracey of China Spring and Kirk Lewis and fiancee Renee Raines of Northcrest; grandchildren, Justin, Jason and Alyssa Lewis, Shawna Bottlinger, Krystal, Erick and Ashely Lewis, Cody and Angela Lewis, J. D., Misty and Garth Lewis; great-grandchildren, Austin and Landon Bottlinger; sister, Juanita Robinson of China Spring; brother, John Frank Smith, Jr. of Zanta, Texas………….
