M. S. (Roe) Ledenham, 78, of 213 Washington in West, died at 3:15 p.m. Saturday in a Waco hospital.

Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Monday in Aderhold Funeral Chapel, West, Rev. Johnny Johnson officiated, burial in China Spring Cemetery.

Survivors are his wife, Carrie Ledenham; four sons, Roy S. Ledenham of 3321 Windsor in Waco, James Melvin Ledenham and A. B. Ledenham, both of Arlington, and Dick Ledenham of San Antonio; four daughters, Mrs. Dorothy Ritter of Caldwell, Mrs. Virginia Hartgrove of Houston, Mrs. Odessa Presley of West and Mrs. Sadie Kirby of Arlington; two brothers, Henry F. Ledenham of Hillsboro and Albert Ledenham of Gatesville; 15 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
