Mrs. Edward F. (Leo Miller)  Lacy, 74, of 6923 Schley, Houston, died Tuesday ina Houston hospital.

Mrs. Lacy was the sister-in-law of Mrs. Harlon Fentress of 2703 Cresthill Circle.

She was born Jan. 18, 1902 in China Spring but had made her home in Houston for many years.  She was the great-granddaughter of Neil McLennan, pioneer of McLennan county.

She married Edward F. Lacy in Waco about 1926.

Mrs. Lacy was a member of the Christian (Disciples of Christ) Church.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Edward F. Lacy III and Andrew M. Lacy, both of Houston; her sister-in-law, Mrs. Fentress of Waco; and four grandchildren, Neill D. Lacy, Kirk A. Lacy, Andrew H. Lacy and Cara Anne Lacy all of Houston.
