Christopher Kubiak II, the 5-month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Kubiak of Route 2 China Spring, died Tuesday at a local hospital following an automobile accident.

Services will be 10 a.m. today at First Baptist Church, the Rev. Leibert Armour officiating.  Burial will be at China Spring Cemetery.

Christoper was born June 28, 1991, in Clifton.

Other survivors include his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Kubiak of Clifton; his maternal grandfather, James Wood of China Spring; his maternal grandmother, Vickie Gumm of Temple; and his paternal great-grandmother, Florence Wood of Fairmount, Ind.
