S. Paulding Kennedy, 70, died at his residence Wedneday morning.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday at  Bolger-Handy chapel with Rev. R. V. Baird officiating, burial in China Spring cemetery.

Survivors include three nieces, Lena Pardo of Austin and Frances and Dorothy Kennedy of China Spring; two nephews, Joe Bailey Kennedy of Washington, D. G. and Lynn Kennedy, Jr. of China Spring.
