Funeral services for Mrs. Lucy Kennedy,64, who died at her residence at China Spring at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday, were held at China Spring Methodist Church
Thursday afternoon, Rev. Fred Binkley officiating, Wilkirson-Hatch in charge.
Active pallbearers were C.M. Talbert, Elzie Null, Frank Ditto, C.H. Rowton, Hugh Eichelberger, Will Talbert, W.L. Johnson, and Bill Higginbotham. Honorary pallbearers were J.B. Knight, W.N. Foster, Lee Ringer, Bob McClain, Herbert McLennan, Waddy Bacon and all friends of the family.

Surviving are a brother, M.M. Boyd of Erath; a daughter, Mrs. Lena Pardo of China Spring; a son, Joe Bailey Kennedy of China Spring; three grandchildren, Frances, Lynn and Dorothy Kennedy of China Spring.
