Edna Hatfield Jackson, 99, of Clifton, Texas, passed away Friday, April 2, 2010, in a local nursing facility. Graveside services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, April 5, at China Spring Cemetery with the Rev. Greg Brumit officiating.

Edna was born in China Spring, Texas, to the late Can and Annie (Maury) Hatfield. She attended China Spring School.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James T. Jackson; sisters, Nannie Ree Granger and Gladys Reed; brothers, Clint, E. K., and Bill; and niece, Marsha Reed Humphries.

Edna is survived by a niece, Nancy Granger Ferguson, of China Spring; great-nephew, Scott Ferguson, of Meridian; and a great-niece, Trish Ferguson Coy, of China Spring.
