A. C. Honea, Jr., 82, of China Spring died Saturday at a local hospital.

Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Grace Baptist Church in China Spring, Chaplain Curtis Holland officiating. Burial will be at China Spring Cemetery.

Mr. Honea was born November 12, 1906 in Waco, where he attended school and Four-C Business College. Her married Ethel Mae Anders December 17, 1924; she died August 14, 1985.

Mr. Honea was manager of Martin Linen Service for 50 years before his retirement in 1975. He was a charter member of Longhorn Saddle Club and a member of Grace Baptist Church in China Spring.

Survivors include three daughters, Nina Jackson of Waco, Billie Lewis of China Spring and Betsy King of Albany, LA; brother, James C. Honea of Bellmead; nine grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and two step-great-grandchildren.
