James Winston Holt, 52, of Phoenix, Arizona died Wednesday evening in a Phoenix hospital.

Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at Wilkirson-Hatch Chapel, Rev. Harry Circle officiating. Burial in China Spring Cemetery.

Survivors: three sisters, Mrs. T. J. Lumpkin of Valley Mills, Mrs. Vennie Holt Carter of Waco and Mrs. Holt Pack of Waco; several nieces and nephews.
