Funeral services for Mrs. Ben F. Hill of Waco were to be at 3 p.m. today (May 6, 1966) in the Wilkirson-Hatch Chapel, Rev. Hubert Young and Dr. A. J. Holt was to officiate, burial in China Spring Cemetery.

Mrs. Hill died Thursday morning in a local hospital. She was 77.

Mrs. Hill was born in Erath, the daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. R. G. Higginbotham, pioneer settlers of China Spring. She attended schools in China Spring where she grew up. She married Ben F. Hill December 28, 1909 and they had lived in Waco since 1923.

Mrs. Hill was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and the Mary Martha Sunday School class.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Lee Hill and John Robert Hill, both of Houston; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
