Herbert McLennan Gordon, 75, of Valley Mills died in a Clifton Hospital Sunday afternoon.
Funeral services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at China Spring United Methodist Church, Rev. Terry Nelson and Bishop O. Eugene Slater officiating, burial in China Spring Cemetery.
Mr. Gordon was born March 3, 1907, in China Spring. He married Floriede Hooper in 1931. Mr. Gordon moved to Valley Mills in 1972 from Orange.
Survivors include his wife; a son Donald Gordon of Crockette; a sister, Mrs. John (Josephine) Robinson of Valley Mills; and two grandchildren.
