Holmes Davis of Nashville, Tenn., died at 4:30 Friday in Memphis.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Wilkirson and Hatch Chapel, Dr. W. W.  Melton officiating.  Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery. Burial in China Spring.

Surviving are his widow; his mother, Mrs. Clayton C. Davis of Waco; a brother, Clayton C. Davis of Denton, and three sisters, Mrs. C. C. Applewhite of Raleigh, N. C. ; Mrs. Felix Latimore or Marlow, Okla., and Mrs. Fred Rigden of Albuquerque, N. M.
