Funeral services for Robert Croford, 76, retired Clifton farmer, who died at 6:25 p.m. Sunday at his home after a brief illness will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Connally Funeral Chapel, Rev. J. A. Thornall officiating, burial in China Spring Cemetery.

Surviving are five sons: M. C. Croford and Wesley Croford, both of Waco, Frank Croford of Whitney, and Orville Croford and Tom Croford, both of Clifton; four daughters, Mrs. J. R. Toten of Waco, Mrs. O. L. Schoonover of Clifton, Mrs. Gilbert Shafer of Cleburne and Mrs.  Wilma  Cottongame of Dawson; 22 grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
