William T. Cochran, 80, formerly of 2016 North fourth, died Thursday in a Torrence Calif., hospital.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Wilkirson and Hatch chapel, Rev. Robert Frueh officiating.  Burial will be in China  Spring Cemetery.

Mr. Cochran, a native Wacoan, worked for Cooper Grocery Co. many years.  he was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.  He had been living with his daughter in Redondo Beach, Calif., for a year.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. W. W. Barnett of Dallas and Mrs. Vivian Graves of Redondo Beach, Calif.; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
