Theresa Lee Carter Case, 48, of China Spring, died Saturday, Nov. 30, 2002 at her home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 5 at BrookView Funeral Home, 3325 Bosque, in Waco.
Theresa was born Aug. 18, 1954 in Fort Thomas, KY. She graduated from Richfield High School in Waco in 1974. She also attended MCC, She was a member of Columbus Ave Baptist Church and a former member of Grace Temple Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and assistant manager of Carter’s Nursery and Landscaping Company.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lawrence “Larry” Carter who died in July 1983.
She s survived by her mother, Alma Carter Johnson, and step-father Leo Johnson; sons, Jerry and wife Catherine and Jeff and wife Julie Case; daughter, JoAnn Case; grandchildren, Trenton, Sean, Harley, Kristofer and Brendon all of China Spring; brother, Rick Carter of Hamilton, Ohio; sisters, Barbara Kay Blust of Plano and Jeanine Sherman of Waco; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be William Messmer, John Ivy, Ryan Exkenrode, Jeremy Jones, Matt Dees, Jerry Don Porter, Markiss Harcrow and Edward Harcrow.
