George Morris of China Spring died today at 1:50 a.m. at his home.  He was 74.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at China Spring Methodist Church.  Rev. Richard Ivey and Rev. Paul Hopkins will officiate with burial in China Spring Cemetery.

Mr. Morris was born in Wood county.  He had lived in China Spring only a short time.  He was a retired farmer.

Survivor is one sister, Mrs. Lillie Garrett of China Spring.
