Mrs. Alice Williams, 62, of China Spring, died last night at 6:15 p.m. at the home of her daughter Mrs. Ina Holt, also of China Spring.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3:30 p.m. Sunday afternoon ath the First Methodist Church of China Spring with the Rev. Mr. Kinslow officiating. Interment will be in China Spring cemetery.

Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband, J. Williams of China Spring; two sons, E. R. Breeding of Abilene and Marshall Williams of China Spring; two daughters, Mrs. Ina Holt and Mrs. Lula Mae Croston of Memphis, TX; two brothers, Charlie of China Spring and Jim Breeding of Moody; and one sister, Mrs. Sarah McGee of Abilene.

Pallbearers will be B. T. Howle, G.P. Harris, G.U. Allen, G. B Mabry, Boone Giddings and Mac Crawford.
