Fennie J. Williams, 72, died at Woodland Springs at 4 p.m. Friday.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at the China Spring Baptist Church, Rev. Karl Jones of Valley Mills officiating, burial in Valley Mills Cemetery.

Survivors are three sons, Fennie C. Williams of 1912 Nelva; Robert L. Williams of Waco and Roger Williams of Rangor, Maine; three daughters, Mrs. Joan McKinney, Mrs. Luther Wells of Valley Mills and Mrs. Martha Pugh of  Corpus Christi; a sister, Mrs. E. B. Caldwell of 1805 Seneca.
