Imogene Willingham of Waco passed away Friday, May 26, 2006.  Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Monday, May 29, at Grace Baptist Church of China Spring with Bro. Ross Davis officiating.  Burial will follow at China Spring Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, May 28, at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Garden Room.

Imogene was born January 28, 1918, in Gholson to Ralph and Nella Helleson.  She was a charter member of Grace Baptist Church of China Spring.  She and Norval Willingham were married on Dec. 14, 1935, and he preceded her in death in 1983.  She grew up in the China Spring area and was known for her great baking, especially rolls and sourdough bread.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Norval; two sons, Norman and Ralph; and granddaughter, Shari Ozment.

She is survived by her daughter, Elouise Ozment; sons, Nealand Willingham and wife Evelyn, and Nelson Willingham; brother, Troy Helleson and daughter-in-law, Brenda Willingham; 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
