Cleo Dee Wells, 39, of Fort Worth, died Tuesday afternoon at his home.

Funeral services will  be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, at Connally Funeral Chapel, Rev. William Agee officiating, burial in China Spring Cemetery.

Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Oleta Wells of Fort Worth; three step-sons, Tommy Shillings of Waco, Harold Shillings of U.S. Army in Viet Nam, Billy Shillings of Waco; two sisters, Marie Harris of  Colorado Springs, Colo., Ruth Peel of Arlington; two brothers, Neal Wayne Wells of Waco; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Wells of Waco; two grandchildren.
