Audrey H. (Mac) McGuffin, 55, of 2119 Sanger Avenue died at 7:15 p.m. Monday in a local hospital.

Mr. McGuffin was retired.  He had worked for Austin Bridge Co. of Dallas, Mosley Machine Co. and Cameron Mills and had been a part-owner of White Line Cab Co. here before retiring in 1955.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Wilkirson and Hatch Chapel.  Rev. R. C. Wylie and Rev. Jimmy Finley will officiate with burial in China Spring Cemetery.

He was born in Mart, but moved to Waco in 1922 and attended Waco public schools.  He married Robbie Bennatt in 1950.  He was a member of Third Street Baptist Church.

Survivors are his wife; his mother, Mrs. Verna Lovelace of 2115 South Fourth Street; one sister, Mrs. A. M. Knight of Fort Worth; and several nieces and nephews.
