Guy C. McCrary, 60, of Route 3, Waco, died at 9:25 p.m. Wednesday in a local hospital.

Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Wilkirson and Hatch Chapel with Rev. Carl Jones officiating.  Further arrangements are pending.

Mr. McCray was born in McLennan County and attended school in the Rock Creek community.  He was a member of the Rock Creek Baptist church.

He married the former Miss Ina  Allen in Waco on Jan. 5, 1929.

He had worked for the Downing Bros. Construction Co. for the past 11 years.

He was a hunter and fisherman.  He had been ill for several days.

Surviving are his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Alfred Dennis and Mrs. L.  D. Lantrip, both of Rock Creek; one sister, Mrs. Edwin Baird of Rock Creek; one brother, T. J. McCrary of Rock Creek; and four grandchildren.
