Edward Lewis, 64, of 101 North Lacy Dr., died at 3 a.m. Tuesday in a  local hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Wilkirson & Hatch, Rev. J. Henry Brown officiating, burial in China Spring Cemetery.

Survivors: Two daughters, Mrs. Helen Brooks, Tempe, Ariz., Mrs. Arlene Carter, Pueblo, Colo.; three sons, Duwayne Lewis of 101 North Lacy, Gene Lewis of Clarkston, Wash., Victor Lewis of Seattle, Wash., a brother, Leonard Lewis of New York City; a sister, of Sacramento, Calif.; also, 1 grandchildren.
