Hadlee Grace Smith, 47 days, infant daughter of Bryan and Karrie Smith of China Spring, passed away Sunday, July 7th at an area hospital. Funeral services will be 10AM Wednesday, July 10th at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Landon Collard officiating. A private family burial service will follow at China Spring Cemetery. Survivors include her parents, Bryan and Karrie; big brother, Garret; big sister, Brylee; grandparents, James Kelly, Norman and Susan Breeland, Jim and Frankie Smith, and Jimmy and Janie Walker; great grandmother, Gene Stanley and several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.

Pallbearers will be Justin Kelly and Randy Mathews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials should be made to Ronald McDonald House in Temple.
